Infiltration of Kenyan territory dates back to the 6os, Ethiopian govt forces “Tigris” as we used to call them back in the day, cross the porous Kenyan borders at leisure, in search of OLF read Oromo Liberation Front fighters n their sympathisers.

I was watching news and this story came on this a new low for us. it’s truly frustrating that the government I voted for can tolerate this bullshit.

If you were the president, what would you do? Send an Army to retaliate? call a media conference and demand compensation from Ethiopia? Demand an apology for the invasion?

That’s where diplomacy comes in. The government doesn’t need to make public it’s protest to Ethiopia.
It needs to take serious action that hurt Ethiopia’s interests for those guys to get the message. It doesn’t have to be militaristic.

This is not the first time such a thing has happened. And mark you they use their military vehicles when invading. I’m sure bandits can’t transform their pickups to look like army vehicles can they?

We have so many apologists for these Ethiopians. However, i agree its a challenge to man the entire border but that is no excuse for a foreign army to deploy its vehicles in Kenya. Worse kill officers and citizens.
For a govt (administrators) and a military tolerating such massacre of its own people is pure BS. Why the need to hide under curtains of diplomatic nonsense? Do u think Ethiopians have anything to lose? KDF have since deployed but its not satisfying… ARM THE POLICE TO KDF CAPABILITY IF THE MILITARY LOVES THE BARACKS
Anyway, such is our leadership, the officer that confirmed the raid will unfortunately face disciplinary action, weird! I hope not.
