My guess landing cost is the ‘weighted-average-cost’ after the distillation process. Due to density I think liquefied-gas would be the first/cheaper to extract and tar the last/costly to extract with petrol, diesel and kerosene coming in between.
What puzzles me is the excise tax. The difference between Petrol and Diesel/Kerosene is the Excise Tax. Petrol is 19Ksh whereas for Kerosene and diesel 10Ksh. Why the 9sh difference?
