Engineering Machine

Hi everyone
I want to import an Engineering Equipment for my startup company.
I realised it is much cheaper importing from china than buying one from local Distributors.
Am seeking advice on how to/easiest way to go about this…
Here is the link for the equipment…

akina @dark massai you are not welcome here

Simple. Purchase your equipment and have it shipped to the nearest African salihiya office in China. You will collect it in Eastleigh within a week and they will charge you about 10 dollars a kilo all inclusive. I see your machine is 12kgs that is a total of 120 dollars. If you don’t know how to go about it ask.

First make sure you are dealing with the actual manufacturers. Contact the firm to confirm the actual price. Compare with similar offerings from Alibaba. If the price difference is too big, you should be concerned. Then simply place your order and appoint your preferred courier. Good luck.

Normally the sellers in China especially the ones in alibaba are honest. So you call them, negotiate and pay via normal bank transfer. You then direct the seller to send your item to your shipping agent in this case African salihiya - who are good for air shipments. Why air? Because your item is not bulky and is light. There are other agents who are experts in sea shipping like topmarine. These agents are just local guys and will even follow up the item from the seller if you give them the phone numbers.
For air shipping you receive the item in Nairobi in less than a week.
The charges per kilo include all the taxes.
Seems complicated but is really easy when you get used to it.
Check the African salihiya website for their phone numbers call their guy in China for clarification.
