Power supply N and PE configuration, Comes in as PEN and is splitted at the consumer supply. Earthed neutral. in a 3 phase system it’s 4 wires coming and 5 wires leaving

The logic behind TNCS, is to have very low earth loop impedance to guarantee safety by automatic disconnection of supply by typical breakers in case of a short circuit, 0.35 ohms loop impedance

Earth the neural (PEN) at your source and split the cable to have N PE at the point of use.
