There is this behavior I have come to notice. You get a job, it pays little but you take it. Work your ass off and get results. You ask for a pay rise, your employer brushes you off by saying “Kama hutaki kazi sema”, but when you get a better offer from a rival organization/company that’s when your current employer comes at you with a better offer.

You wonder why do people behave like total scumbags??

When you refuse the offer by your current employer; he (current employer) calls the organization you are going to work and start spreading rumours and lies about you!! Its as if he owns you!!
