In 2008 a member of the Qatar royal family was stuck on Uhuru Highway for 3 hours on his way back to JKIA. He later donated 500 million to improve the road. That amount was too little but President Kibaki was wise enough to use it for the Soykimau-Railways commuter train project. Hopefully the main man will do much better.
