There once was a course that used to combine some engineering courses. Mechatronics for mechanical and electrical. I don’t know whether there is one that combines what you seek

Civil Eng. all the times,
Majority of guys selling clothes in Nairobi CBD stores are Electrical Engineers.
I know over 10 college mates (Electrical Engineers) who either sell goods or does online writing for lack of a better choice to make a living.

Electrical engineering but only as a foundation to some other specialised fields like Automation and controls. Currently US market was short of 230 experts on the field… let me try my luck and get back next year

Either will be fine so long as you find a way to be a contractor at the end. Hapo ndio pesa iko

Alternatively, if being a contractor isn’t something you’d consider, find a way to work for an international company. They generally pay better than local companies

BA how comes this is the case?

Kama uko na A inatosha ufanye Medicine, then wachana na Engineering Fanya Medicine instead. Many engineering graduates wish they would have taken medicine instead

Whichever you pick make sure you graduate magna cum laude or higher uondokee hizi shida ndogo ndogo za tarmacking.

I have a theory that it has less to do with which one you choose and more to do with how well you pass. Choose yenye uko more confident of graduating with honors.

electrical unless untaka kuwa fundi wa laptops pale cbd… Civil is the way to go… My bro got an A in KCSE did electrical sahii amafunza tivet part time (18k pm) na kuuza na kubrepair laptops town.

Im in a field where i walk in eabl, bat, cocacolaBA and other beverage companies. Trend is that electrical and operation services are being outsourced na walipwa 20k to 60k others hourly when needed. Medicine got relas lazma utoke nje uclock 250k. Times are getting hard.
