I paid passport renewal using my foreign debit card few days ago but the invoice status is still not paid. I cannot download my application and present it in Paris or Berlin.
I have tried contacting them but all in vain. I have tried twitter, email, facebook, calls, nothing.
Anyone working there? Kindly assist. Will send some euros.

I contacted the Kenyan embassy in France, i think they helped. I knew a friend of a friend who had contacts to the ecitizen.
