Hautasumbuka na hio stori. They are both very reliable and fast. Shida ni wanakuanga very expensive.wanaeza ata kucharge more than the value of the item you are shipping.

Savo store kitu nawapendea ni communication kwanza if there is a delay in the shipping they always send you an email… upuzi walinibo nayo ni kuniongeza dimensions on my packaging so wako na wizi kidogo … but besides thats wako sawa

Sometimes you have an item that weighs only a few KG but is big in size. They charge you the volumetric weight not the actual weight that’s why. They have to because that’s how all airlines charge since space is limited on airplanes. You can see the volumetric calculator online if they are charging you the right volumetric weight. If they are not then yes I guess they are wizi kidogo

I import using my own company and only pay for shipping weight when it arrives so I don’t have these issues. If I feel they have overcharged then I just won’t pay.
