Osungu.dll is being carried by the river. Riparian is an adjective, not a noun, and must be followed by the subject. Riparian reserve, riparian land, riparian growth, etc.
Do not let Waititu and Sonko mangle our Osungu.

Not only should they demolish but arrest the owners of these buildings that sit on riparian land as a future deterrence to committing illegalities. Only then will Kenya have made a step in the right direction in trying to root out impunity.
