spoke to a relative in dubai and guy said the fines put in place for those found loitering at lock down are hefty and it’s worse for foreigners cause it may go as far as deportation

One of the things exposed by this is the fragility of human beings, that even after doing everything to insulate ourselves against disruptions, something happens and within a week we are all running for cover. We find ourselves not fighting to resuscitate the economies, but we are fighting for survival. Divinity rules in the matters of humanity.
