Kwani hata wewe una labour pains?

pole boss

Arthritis usually comes with old age…

Age my bro. Talk to guka coachp.

If all else fails, as it often does, try Chinese acupuncture.

Have you tried doing a test by the name rheumatoid factor.please try it I’ve noticed old aged guys from the mountainous regions of this country have such clinical symptoms more oftenly than forks from the lowlands.

How did I miss this thread? Good morning @mabenda4. Kwanza, pole kwa maumivu kaka.

What you describe could, perhaps, be arthritis as @bagbo says but only a proper investigation in a hospital set-up will confirm or rule it out. There’s different types/causes of arthritis, rheumatoid is just one.

Usiogope kaka, nenda hospitali for a proper thorough checkup. While at it, make sure you visit the physiotherapist.

thanks daktari. will schedule an appointment in a weeks time after a cross country am doing coming weekend. blessed sunday bro

Yes, what about it?

How different do you approach it from rheumatoid arthritis when it comes to treatment

Rheumatoid arthritis is an incurable autoimmune disease, meaning it is caused by an overactive immune system that often attacks the synovium covering of joints. It’s often managed by use of disease modifying agents such as methotrexate or leflunomide to moderate the immune response, alongside steroids to fight inflammation and painkillers for pain.

Osteoarthritis on the other hand is a degenerative disease, frequently seen in advanced age, occurring due to degeneration of joint cartilage. Besides painkillers & steroids, it’ll also be managed by lifestyle changes (e.g weight loss & healthy diet) and, in some cases, surgery to repair damaged joints.

Nakumbuka nilisoma hii post alafu pia mimi nikaenda kuona daktari regarding the same. You have arthritis from wear and tear. Avoid putting stress on your back, like lifting heavy objects etc. I went ahead and bought some medicine called capsaicin. Let me tell you, it works! Good luck bro.
