Dr Dre In A $100k Per Day Judgment..

Dr Dre has until Friday to reveal exactly what he earns and how he splashes the cash – or face a $100,000 fine, DailyMail.com can reveal.

The rapper, 55, has been reluctant to share the details of his spending – which would include how much he spends on the string of alleged mistresses revealed by DailyMail.com last month – with his estranged wife Nicole Young’s legal team.

Now an LA court has ordered him to share full details of his finances with her by the end of the week or face sanctions in the shape of a large fine.

The amended minute order, which was filed a day before Thanksgiving, says the Aftermath boss has to reveal full details of where his money comes from, including any property sales, rents and royalties.

He also has to explain exactly what he’s spending it on, with Young, 50, demanding bank and credit card statements as well as details of any mortgage payments and properties.

Young also wants to know how much Dre spends on his day-to-day needs, including a full breakdown of how much he spends on food, clothes, cleaning and even laundry.

The 50-year-old has previously claimed in court papers that Dre’s expenditures also include cash lavished on mistresses who live in homes paid for by the rap mogul.

She revealed their existence at the end of October when she attempted to have her legal team subpoena three of them to testify against Dre.

The alleged mistresses, who are singer Jillian Speer, former model Kili Anderson and ‘Queen of Latin hip hop’ Crystal Sierra, are all fighting to avoid court.

Young had previously referred to Dre’s ‘rampant and repeated marital misconduct’ in earlier court filings without naming names.

Dre and Young have been battling it out over their estimated $1bn fortune since June 29 when Young filed to end her marriage to the rapper.

The fight has become increasingly nasty in recent weeks, with the pair’s prenuptial agreement proving a particular bone of contention.

Dre’s legal team has repeatedly insisted that he possesses an ‘iron-clad’ pre-nuptial agreement that gives him everything – Young’s team says he does not and wants him to provide proof it exists in the form of a notarized copy.

Early last month, Young was accused of embezzling $385,029 from a company account and reported to the LAPD by Dre’s friend and business partner Larry Chatman.

She hit back a week later in a court filing that accused the rapper of using the media to smear her and claimed he had exerted ‘abusive coercive control’ over her during their marriage.

Young said in the papers the rapper ‘has pursued one goal: to perpetuate his abusive coercive control over Nicole, trying to beat her into submission so that she surrenders to an unfair and uninformed resolution of this case.

Andre’s conduct to date has been entirely consistent with an intentionally uncooperative and bullying litigant, seeking to overpower what he perceives to be a weaker ‘opponent’ – in other words, treating Nicole just the same way he did during their marriage.’

The documents add: ‘That narrative is, predictably if lamentably, one of the oldest, most well-worn, misogynistic, and sexist tropes in the book – the false claim that Nicole, his wife of more than 24 years and the mother of their three (3) children, was only married to him for his money.

‘This vile smear flies directly in the face of the facts. The parties married long before they amassed the billion-dollar fortune at issue herein – and stayed together for more than 24 years, in spite of Andre’s rampant and repeated marital misconduct.’

@Lonely Lover see the consequences of a lawful marriage. Houston might end up here as well.

Once you are a celebrity/ wealthy you have to be calculating.

Reminder to young men on this forum. MGTOW === (strict equality comparison) FREEDOM. No marriage and no cohabitation leads to No alimony, No child support, No custody fights etc

Me wondereth. One of our rag tabloids.

Aint a

I was only applauding a 39 year old male marrying a PYT…not a fully grown bush wild komodo racoon.
Otherwise ndoa ni ngori mtu wangu…that i know.
Houston should arm himself with pre nup.

The lesson here is clear. Just avoid marriage. In this day and age it is just not worth it.

They signed a prenup, so he is covered.

True. And like any scorned woman, she plays the feminine ignorance card…:D:D:D

Young makes a few claims in the filing, the first of which is that her husband pressured her into signing a prenup “very shortly” before the marriage. “I was extremely reluctant, resistant and afraid to sign the agreement and felt backed into a corner,” she wrote. “Given the extraordinary pressure and intimidation by Andre, I was left with no option but to hire a lawyer (of course with the help of Andre’s team of professionals) and unwillingly signed the agreement very shortly before our marriage.”
In a filing made in L.A. court, she claimed that, in an act of love and regret, Dr. Dre tore up copies of their prenup a couple years into the marriage. They both understood that it no longer existed, she wrote in the document. Young asked to have the issue bifurcated from the divorce—meaning to have the prenup issue solved before moving forward with the divorce.

The pressure part of her argument probably won’t hold much water.
“If the threat was, ‘if you don’t sign, we won’t get married,’ well, that’s most people’s position in getting a prenup, right?” said Samantha Bley DeJean, a family law attorney practicing out of San Francisco with no involvement in this case. She added that if Young herself graduated law school before signing the agreement, it won’t do her any favors here—that is, she would have signed the prenup with full knowledge of how most contracts are both signed and amended. That’s law school 101.

The “very shortly before our marriage” portion, however, might matter more. In California both parties need at least seven days to review the contents of a prenup before signing. There’s no mention of those dates in the document, so it’s unclear how the timeline might work in Young’s favor.

The second claim is that Dr. Dre tore up the prenup, declaring it null and void.
“Andre acknowledged to me that he felt ashamed he had pressured me into signing a premarital agreement and he tore up multiple copies of the agreement in front of me,” she wrote. “Since the day he tore up the agreements we both understood that there was no premarital agreement, and that it was null and void.”

Judith Poller, who is also not involved in this case but has worked on high-caliber divorces often in part in California, said, “There’ve been very few instances where [prenups are] overturned, and the fact that somebody might say during the marriage, when in their happiest moment, ‘I’m sorry I made you go through this process, and I’m gonna rip it up,’ means absolutely nothing.”

Generally, to amend the prenup or bury it, the thing “has to be signed in the same formality that the initial agreement was signed. So for example, in California, they don’t use the notaries, but they often have witnesses, and it absolutely would have to be in writing.

“It’s like the dog ate my homework. It just doesn’t work,” Poller added.:D

She embezzled how much?

This woman has no leg to stand on. Dre beat her at her game read career. How do you even say in public that you had refused to sign the pre-nup? that just shows her intentions upfront. The two women lawyers are spot on!
She will eventually settle for what Dre is offering.
