After reading the full judgement of the case about that man who was ordered take care of children that are not biologically his, I have come to the following conclusions:
Most people in this forum are low IQ.
Never trust githeri media or social media with facts. They only care about sensational headlines that will go viral.
Most people have confirmation bias. They want something to be so true, they distort facts to create a narrative.
Any lawyer who has read the full judgement will agree with me on the following things:
At no point was the man ordered to take care of all the 3 children.
The court ruled that the mother shall cater for all the needs of the 3rd born child who is not the biological child of the man.
At no point did the court order the man to take the last born child with him during weekends or school holidays.
But the man was ordered by the court to take care of the 1st born child because he met the woman when she was 5 months pregnant, and accepted responsibility knowing the child was not his biologically. The man even went ahead to put his name as “the father” in the birth certificate.
On 1 you are wrong. The reporter distorted facts to make it sensational. We concluded based on the article as the public hardly access the judgement paper.
I read that article and it made no sense at how they arrived at the decision ruling whatsever. I had to go search for the case.
I tweeted those standard guys to stop hiring quacks.
My brother @Kumbaffu(mafi ya kuku) some of the best brains you can find in this country exists here on ktalk. Don’t get carrier away when people make a fool of themselves here, they just use it for comic relief away from their demanding schedules.
