Where can i get dollars cheaply official rate is between 102-104 as per Forex bureau.Don’t say eastleigh or city market i once went to both places and discovered they were selling at a higher rate than Forex bureaus in town.Banks are even worse especially KCB they have the audacity to sell at 5 shillings above market price.When buying they may buy at 9 sh below market price.
