[SIZE=4]Johns Hopkins University gives an honorary master’s degree after to a service dog!

When Carlos Mora received his Masters of Science in Counseling this spring, his service dog, Kirsch, was also awarded an honorary degree for having attended all of his owner’s classes. Kirsch fit right in with the rest of the grads as he donned a cap and gown for the May 23 ceremony.

Like his owner, Kirsch received a Master of Science in Counseling degree, signed by both School of Education Dean David Andrews and Vice Dean of Academic Affairs Dr. Cheryl Holcomb-McCoy.
