I see 3 challenges here ..

the same old tribal numbers and tribal chiefs with the same old tribal chauvanism.
Kenya is a nation of 43 communities and even the appearance of sidelining that smaller ones does not bode well for the nation. -
in my very humble opinion , all Kenyans , including our Rift Valley , Nyanza and some privileged Mountain sections have suffered equally from the shareholders , bottom up , hustler conmen , killers , mistresses , bimbos , first daughters and cronies of the current Wantaam government.
The winning formula MUST include ALL Kenyans who are fed up of the current status quo and who want to see REAL change. -
integrity , vision , accountability and a servant leadership mentality must become the only yardsticks that will determine who the team leaders will be ..

We must not make the same mistakes that got us into our current mess.
