I have been on the couch today watching documentaries off youtube. I started of with some of the vice series. But i am finding them shallow and not well put together. Currently watching this about about rampant heroin use in the US.

Damn this stuff is depressing…and these are middle/upper class white kids. I swear i will make my kids watch these documentaries just so the know how bad this shit can get.

Some weeks ago I used to watch it on TLC. It made me realize that most Kenyans are skinny because of lack of eating good food and peasantry by extension.
P. S will be hitting the gym soon not to weigh a ton.

i would expect something like heroin is black neighborhoods…for these white kids you would think they would be doing cocaine or some stuff like that. and they are just here heating the stuff in a spoon, and injecting on camera. All the while talking about how they had to pawn their phone, or have a 3/4some to get cash to buy the drugs…
