From around mid October, I have been having an on and off sore throat and at times some mild headache. Around the time it started I also developed a mild cold that lasted for about 3 weeks. I have been checked several times, taken 3 HIV tests which all came out negative even after the window period. I have also been tested for VDRL which again came out negative. I gave a urine sample and they ran some tests and some culture thing which came up with nothing. Am sure the symptoms are due to some form of Sti which the doctors haven’t been able to pinpoint so far. What could I be suffering from?
Any clues, help and the inevitable ridicule and insults are all welcome.

If there are no blisters, intense itch in area you have mentioned is caused by tinea cruris due to a natural fungus (candida albicans, a primitive vegetable) living on the skin. It tends to attack all skin around the area especially folds and the deek but avoids balls. Benasten B or Benasten C paste from chemist will give you immediate relief but has to be continued for a month to chase the thing away. other ointments ni bure. it sometimes may show red dots but other times you see nothing. It can immobilise you due to the itch. And it wont go away on its own.
Its cause is usually compromised immunity due to depression or fatigue + poor hygiene, frequent sweating, and too much covering meaning lack of exposure. For some reason, taking showers before sleep(sleeping wet) may cause it in your crack and especially that spot you dont wanna touch. It may also be caused by a heavy dose of the vegetable from your woman because it is common in women. It also resides in bathrooms if you share stuff there or if your inner wears fall down there. Exposure of the secret clothes and skin to the sun(UV) kills the thing and its cousins.

you could also be reacting to latex condoms, try using non latex condoms such as "Polyurethane condoms"
so your expertise is only limited to domesticated animals…or do you just specialize in them?
