Mimi napenda kazi yangu sana for the simple reason that I am now working for myself on something I have always been passionate about. Huyo mwalimu is very passionate and dedicated. However, the system is working overtime to frustrate him. Unaeza pata hata jamaa chalk anajinunulia seeing as it is that anafunza chini ya mti.
Mimi sipendi kazi zangu lakini I understand that the biggest payoff comes from the hustles that nobody loves. I would be lying if I said that I will choose my work over a vacation. Sometimes a man’s got to do what he has to do to get the results he wants - inaitwa sacrifice and discipline. The same way I hate running on that treadmill in the gym but I still have to do it twice a week without fail.
