Nothing makes Kenyans feel invisible, than seeing people queuing up in their residences and offices seeking help. Some even get sexual aroused.
Trying to consolidate bursary funds in .ke will brew political storms, hii ndio chakula ya politicians.

The better question to ask is why do we have a bursary yet education is Free ?
Day primary and day secondary?

Bursary ni ukora mtupu. Hakuna pesa inafaa kuwa kwa mikono za wanasiasa.

Hakuna pesa inafaa kuwa inapeanwa kwa wakenya direct kutoka kwa serikali.
