Video evidence is not admissible in Kenyan courts.

Why?

You know Kenyan judges. They didn’t accept video evidence of Moses Kurias and Waititu threatening a tribe.

Is it anchored in the law?

It always comes down to how judges interprete the law. I don’t think there’s a law on video evidence, but they just don’t take it.
