disadvantage of Mabati houses aka trains

Heard it happened once

Nyinyi semeni hivo tu and guys are making real money.

Nyumba ya ngorofa mzee akitaka kukumaliza atamwaga cement kwa choo ya upstairs. na bado anaweza ng’oa hio wiring, so kusumbuliwa na tenants sio kitu limited to trains. Donge?

hakuna investment risk proof

Kama hujawahi deal nao please shut up,

*gorofa

Risk ya hizi nyumba is much higher

Funda. Kwani unafikiria ni wewe tu unajua hizi maneno? Tosheka na kua caretaker wakanyaks. Wachana na kusumbua sisi landlords.

the latest biz ya hizi mabati houses ni pale kasarani where wameweka stalls za mabati, kumbe usiku they serve as lodgings for call girls

Wapi huko? Siwesmind kukamua hao Malaya. There’s one called Linnet hutega hapo seasons. Nimekamua thrice @200.

haha mkora sana wakamba ndo wamejaa hapo sana, don’t ask how i know…izo stall ziko next to the footbridge apo roysambu

@Mjasusi, where art thou?

I am still around perfecting my hustle. Collecting rent from these trains is not for the faint hearted. The truth is you can’t collect the rent yourself because soon you will develop a bond with the tenants and the moment they discover your softer side, you are done. They will default big time. If you hire an ‘agent’ they will always be prompt in paying, unless one is out of a job, in which case the agent will do his thing ( heartlessly evicting the poor fellow and consficating anything of value to recover the rent) The scene is always heart wrenching.

kuna agent aliwekwa slash ya panga pande za juja sometime back akiwa ana collect rent, some guys are inhumane
