Ile media briefing kithure kindiki alikuwa anafanya ni kelele za chura tu. Saw guys who had applied for passports last year making inquiries at the customer care desk because of the delays while I acquired mine and the kids within a few days.
Usiulize nilikuwa nagonja nini hiyo miaka yote bila passport. Pia driving license nilichukua after buying a ride. I don’t believe in being proactive.

My mom wanted to renew her passport and upgrade to new e.a one. Same thing and timeframe as applying afresh. I was able to do it in a record 24 hours. Connections mambo yote.

Even though I could do it, I felt for the few guys who had gotten sponsorship to go and study abroad but the kiplagats at the entrance referred them to the customer care desk instead of showing them what to do if their cases are an emergency. There is no pride in corruption.
