Sikuhizi hakuna masomo. Nakumbuka every Friday tukienda workshop. I learnt kupiga randa, kutumia hammer, claw hammer, mallet, chisel…Wacha tu, and we had time to go to the library to read books. Nakumbuka nikisoma “chicken licken” 
GHC Was quite informative.
Nakumbuka my class 5 GHC teacher was called Mrs Njihia. We nicknamed her RIMPOPO (after River Limpopo )
We also had a current affairs club…tunasoma gazeti na kuchambua.

When the kcse results came out i could still hear that dudes words echoing. That overwhelming feeling of fear and trembling returned. I dreaded the results.
