God not only know what has happened, and everything that Will happen… He know ahead of time what you will choose. God knows that majority of humans and jinns will disobey Him that why Hell and paradise was created way before human creation
Well, I suppose he did know that humans could choose to disobey him, and the consequences that would follow. But there was another possibility, he also knew humans could choose to obey him as well. I mean, he could’ve designed humans who are hardwired to do the right things always, then there’d be no regrets. But as a trade-off free will wouldn’t exist. God distanced Himself from the choices we make when He gave us the Spirit of free will. In creation you see He was just commanding, “let there be…”, but when it came to man He said “Let us make…”, to mean He had to consult His creation when man was being created. He had no absolute control over free will.
