Detail One Healthy Meal

In today’s world eating junk laden with synthetic sugars and seed oils is the order of the day.

Many Kenyans tonight will retire to bed after eating one of the following

  • White maize Ugali with kales or nightshade
  • Maize and beans fried together with potatoes
  • Bachelors ni Ugali na Nyama
  • Slayqueens ni chips na akunywe soda

All of these will be undernourished.
