In today’s world eating junk laden with synthetic sugars and seed oils is the order of the day.
Many Kenyans tonight will retire to bed after eating one of the following
- White maize Ugali with kales or nightshade
- Maize and beans fried together with potatoes
- Bachelors ni Ugali na Nyama
- Slayqueens ni chips na akunywe soda
All of these will be undernourished.
