that is a dentaport zx machine for root canal treatment, made by Morita a company in japan. if the monitor screen is blank , but the handpieces are working, verify if the lcd monitor is damaged. it might be something very simple inside the machine that needs fixing. there are reputed biomedical engineering guys with a bias to maintenance of dental equipment, who can have a look at it

Probably the screen aint dead but rather the circuit to supply power to it has an issue or a fuse is kaput.open it up na uweke screen shot hapa nikusaidie.
