Shida ni hapo. Our academics only emphasize reading and cramming. Pande ya being confidence is almost zero. Guys are learned but can’t articulate themselves even writing on stuff they’re well versed on.
Despite jobs being scarce, the fellow can start Facebook page on best agriculture practices, visit different farms, post pictures on them, soon he can be the guy to ask anything on farming. Some are already doing it but it needs confidence, others have even transition to YouTube.
