If it’s unconstitutional to swear oneself as president of Kenya then are we saying Raila is above the law? This question is directed to those calling for him to be allowed to do it.
Nobody is above the law and if we cowardly let him do what he wants then we’re a nation of cowards and deserve all hell that he unleashes on us.
