The President has commuted to life imprisonment the sentences of 2658 death row convicts. Kenya has not hanged any convicts for more than 20 years yet our courts keep churning them out (Laws provide for the death sentence).

Death sentence should be reserved for child rapists only, esp those who rape their own kids should be hang by the nuts . then slowly fed into a nappier grass chopper, turning at one rev per hour, with peramedics on standby to keep the screaming skunks alive for as long as possible.

matter of fact Onyancha will be a free man in 2017 or 2018. Another one (the mungiki dracula) was released last year or was it this year bt he was welcomed with RKO’s in his home town

the state lost the said dracula’s case because of poor prosecution and he was not released after conviction. but you would not know the difference…

I fully support the death sentence. The problem with Kenya - with our ‘socialite’ president who wants to be loved by everybody - is that we keep refusing to take the decisions that will push us to the next level.
Outlaw plastics. Hang robbers. Jail corrupt civil servants for 40 years. Limit children to 3 and then require parents to pay extra taxes for any extra. Support orphans, widows and the disabled. Cancel IPP power agreements. Abolish traffic police. Work with the private sector to raise exports to Russia and China. Etc etc etc etc.
