If he will not appeal, he will serve his jailterm from sept 2022 when uhuru hands over tools of power.
It is not wise for kinoti to ignore court orders like that, one day it will be used to whip him when his god fathers leaves office
His god father will be a handler behind the scenes, it doesn’t take long to figure out who influenced the conviction

Kinoti was right to ignore the court order. Why does Wanjigi need all these guns and bullets? The judiciary has gone rogue.

Police Seize Seven Guns, 600 Bullets From Jimmy Wanjigi’s Residence
By Wahome Gitonga For Citizen Digital Published on: October 17, 2017 07:59 (EAT)
Police have recovered seven guns and 600 rounds of ammunition from businessman Jimmy Wanjigi’s palatial home in Muthaiga, Nairobi.
The officers recovered five pistols licenced to Mr Wanjigi, one shotgun and a military grade M4 assault rifle.
The M4 rifle, which is not allowed on civilian hands, was not licenced to the controversial businessman, according to police. However, family members who were present during the raid informed journalists that the weapons are registered.
The operation was conducted by a multi-agency team drawn from the elite Flying Squad, Special Crimes Prevention Unit and General Service Unit (GSU).
