The best way is to pick conversations with random women you meet along the road, in restaurants, in Dala Dala, in Mwendakasi etc. Tanzanian women simp for Kenyan men so anytime they hear you are Kenyan they’ll be falling for you.
DONT try to speak their Swahili, speak broken Swahili mixed with English, that’s how you differentiate yourself and prompt the question “kwani wewe ni mkenya?”. Go to a restaurant called Samaki Samaki in milimani you will find good genuine company.

I will discourage you from Umalaya but if you go that route;

This is the only way, nilikuwa natoa clubs especially fridays. Unabuyia group ya madem pombe na unachota wawili. I think juu nilikuwa naishi place fancy so most were willing kukuja ndo waambie marafiki zao. Tinder pia. Usiende hizi calabash equivalent, jipende kiasi.
