Hmmm tough one here. It’s true that he will have a difficult defence against her rape claim. Because the burden is on the man to ascertain age. But she was underage and in a club, which fosters his claim that she provided a fake id and threw his guards off. I wonder what happens in such situations.
And @TrumanCapote be careful what you watch on small American news channels. They are very opinionated. Theres a lot more to this case( simple Google search). Both have spent time in jail. She lost custody of the kid for giving the child a phone with porn. You wonder why she waited 16 years to stake a rape allegation. Reads more of a custody dispute gone bad.

These custody issues is what I fear most. When you want the man to be in your children’s lives he refuses. When you don’t, he goes to court to file for custody. For me my kids will only be able to access their dad after 18. So I will be free from these baby daddy dramas. I remember the lunje guy Makokha Kwamchetsi who grabbed a child from the mom who came with her into the relationship.
Kids missing their dad for a whole 18 years. I wouldn’t advocate such a movement. The 18 most fundamental and tender years of their life too. Neither would I steer anyone to single motherhood by choice. Rearing kids is no joke.
The single mums I know never complain. It’s always y’all married folk with one kid who complain. Women are built for the challenge. They are equal to the task. Even married women do all the parenting. I prefer listening to optimistic people not naysayers like you.
