That amount of money can build a road from Mombasa to Nairobi. And I think it would still be enough to steal a few billions. Its a hell a lot of money for niggas to just steal. Its poor people’s money. Those people who buy toothpaste on a toothbrush and 5 bob cooking fat. Such an embezzlement, if true, is something someone should hang for if we had a revolution.
