In my book , abusers of Minors and vulnerable communities are , next to Paedophiles , the worst form of lowlifes …
I once treated a Child who had been set upon in this fashion by an Adult guardian in the absence of the biological mother …
I promptly issued a comprehensive Medical Report after treatment and directed the Mother to a Police Station for further assistance …
