Credibility of University systems

So my son is supposed to graduate on December and the results were just released for previous semester (KU), he was following up an E he got that is believed to be unwarranted given the score he gets (rarely gets below a B)… The lecturer first checked for missing marks now that they’re there she’s saying that he didn’t register for it mara he didn’t pay for it. Given that he was doing 7 units how can an E pop up if you haven’t cleared fees firstly and actually registered for that unit??!

What options are viable for this situation?

Enda Academic registrar or faculty head

Hukuskia nikisema muwachane na universities based on Thika road na Daystar university? Ona sasa. Those universities have caused irreversible damage to our society and continue to be a menace. Heri hata ungepeleka mtoto ajifunze welding ama plumbing as opposed to hizo universities nimetaja.
That said, the best way out is to have the young fellow resit the unit. It is easier that way compared to Kufuata marks.

Grades za Uni ni scam. Tell your son to just ensure he is on graduation list

Assuming resiting is not an option? Another viable one?

Don’t always use your asshole for thinking sometimes be changing even for a while you’ll see how beneficial it can be.
