Yep. At our hospital all elective cases have been cancelled coz they’re trying to free up as many ventilators as possible in case things get worse. In the obstetric ward, usually patients will be discharged on day 4 but recently they are discharging women and their babies on day 2, so they can go home early and reduce the risk of exposure. Absolutely no visitors are being allowed in, we all have to show our hospital badges at the main entrance.

No, thankfully. But the higher ups think America is 2 weeks behind Italy so nothing is being left to chance.
I believe the same, considering the general population ignorance globally and the silent window period. It’s a matter of time.
The infection rate is exponential, doubling every few days, so just expect an increase in reported cases and not panick. Try best to practice social distancing even though it’s not always possible.
A number of people may experience just mild symptoms and recover without it being diagnosed as Corona
