Its another yr, sasa nikulipa permits, lakini mimi hushangaa na hii Kenya. For example ukiingia site ya NRS portal ya permit its a mess. Right now I want to pay for my permit and I cant find the actual business category.
The more the Ngovament want to simplify things , the more hectic they become.

Itabidi uende hapo city hall annexe. They have really improved, you will probably qué for 30-45 minutes max, unless you go last 2/3 days of March. They have a ticketting system kama ya bank
And whats the need of the website if I still need to go there?

Ive had a pending permit under review for a month after going via the online portal. I decided to visit city hall to see what the hold up was…and no surprise a bribe was solicited to clear my permit. I told them im going to withdraw and left them waiting for my return hehe.
