Counties are now a big joke,now a kiuk born in kiambu county has slim chances of getting employed in nyeri county,also in kisii county you have almost nil chance of getting a job in nyamira county and vice versa,nepotism is now the order of the day in counties.this situation is replicated in all counties except nairobi county.we thought tribalism will do us,now the big issue is nepotism.Even though few might be lucky in order to blind the public,they are normally employed on a lower grade than their counterparts.Devolution must go in order for kenya to achieve vision 2030.with the impeachment of Iria ,I wonder what the MCA want to achieve,by the time a tribunal is formed and finalised it’s report,elections will be with us.Makueni and Embu are perfect examples of nepotism and clanism,you can throw in Narok county where governors etc are held hostage,for flimsy reasons yet the bigger untold story is known.I stand corrected.

There is a rule that says 20% of a county’s employees should be from without the county. Is this rule being observed? Who ensures that counties are observing such rules?
