So I did my passport renewal early last month (not new application) and the funny thing is when i check ecitizen its still under production… when i check tracking numbers ahead of mine and after mine on posta delivery portal online they are all booked and are on delivery.

How can it not be badly off, If the tracking numbers after mine are all out on delivery yet mine is still in production. Immigration is a den thieves.
Key in the tracking number in the posta portal and follow the steps.If you successfully get to the point where they ask you where you want to collect it and your payment is processed,then your passport has already been processed and forwarded to GPO.

I applied for a passport last year and within 3 weeks ilikuwa tayari imeshughulikiwa na ikatoka.
Haujaelewa buda, tayari nimecheki kwa site ya posta… issue ni tracking numbers after mine ziko on delivery while mine which was renewal is not ready…

There has been a printing lag at immigration.Look for an excuse e.g travelling, etc to FastTrack it. You may need to go there physically

Kuwa kama mimi, renew ukiwa majuu kwa Kenyan Embassies and consulates, much faster and efficient. Mine took exactly 3 days in Berlin, Germany. I was there for 2 weeks na nilikuwa nimebaki na pages tatu pekee ijae. I decided why not, nilifanya renewal faster faster. Hapa home vitu hukuwa na upuzi mwingi. So far UK, Germany, US, Qatar, UAE, South Africa and other countries with significant Kenyan population are handling that shit. Hata ID wanaprocess pia
