What do you think would have happened if the same exact incident had happened in the USA? How many would have been shot dead out of the officers fear for their lives?
Not necessarily if the pursuit risks endangering human life. You have the registration numbers and apparently drugged youths hanging onto the vehicles, what difference does it make? You have 4 officers as witnesses, numerous others as members of the public and cameras on the street. What is stupid about that? Do you suppose a human limb or a skull could withstand the crushing force of a 3 ton vehicle?
