Is there anyone who uses their internet banking services? Been to the bank trying to get it resolved and just come from there lakini bado not working. Anyone use it and does it work?

Yep it usually works for me. Could use a bit more features but it works.
We use Co-op internet banking - normally no problems or can be solved within shortest time. Present problems with paydirekt are caused by firewall incompatibility - maybe your problem?
Tried it with their staff on those tablets provided in the banking hall, still didnt work
Now we know Jakenya (PHD, OGW, Rtd. Mod) is in the village.

coop is a good bank but tech-wise wako nyuma kiasi. I habour no ill will but ni ukweli having tried it before.Even some of the smaller banks beat them hands down…
