500 gram nyanya ya kopo
350 gram Maji
1 kilo ya pweza kata kata vipande vidogo vidogo

JINSI YA KUANDAA

Weka mafuta katika sufuria kisha acha ya pate moto baada ya hapo weka kitunguu maji kaanga kwa dakika 1 kisha weka kitunguu swaumu kaanga tena kwa dakika 1 kisha weka pweza na viazi ulaya kaanga kwa dakika 10 - 15 kwa moto wa wastani.
kisha weka unga wa korienda, caroti, pili pili hoho, chumvi, pili pili mbuzi, juisi ya limao kaanga kwa muda kisha weka nyanya ya kopo koroga vizuri kisha weka maji acha ichemke kwa dakika 5 mchuzi upungue itakua imeiva.

Weka mafuta katika sufuria kisha kaanga kitunguu maji na kitunguu swaumu baada ya hapo weka pweza kaanga kwa dakika 10 kisha weka viungo vyote vilivyobakia kaanga kidogo kisha weka maji chemsha katika moto wa wastani kwa dakika 15 itakua imeiva mpatie mlaji ikiwa ya moto

When buying, most fish mongers will usually batter it hard, then cut into pieces it so that it becomes soft on cooking. The ones above look gross cause they are whole
