How about that number two… monies to the county

More money to the counties means more hotels being built in Nairobi. And more mansions purchased in Karen. Counties are supposed to be finding ways of generating income. Not sitting with their mouths wide open like young birds, waiting for government to feed them.

We seek to send the 13th Parliament home early.. Then call in the 14th to serve till the General Election date. It gets elected with a new president.

Can a parliament be put under temporal incumbency when it has been voted out and a petition filed to challenge its ousting… Denied powers to impeach a president or deputy president and approve or vet state officers…
