Constitution of Kenya Amendment Bill (2) 2025.
This proposes three questions to be asked at the ballot.

  1. Snap Election for President and Parliament after mid term.
  2. .Health and Social Security Commission.( Runs NHIF, NSSF and KEMSF)
  3. Sovereign Finance Bill 40% Counties, 2% Judiciary 1% IEBC 3% health and Social Security Commission.

Unless someone comes up with real radical ideas to resolve Kenya’s problems, it’s of no use to hold snap elections. The current crop of front runners is worse than whomever in power now.

Well if we are not careful we may not get to 2027 safely.. things are bad. How about that number two… monies to the county and IEBC…and Judiciary… as we plot on parliament and the presidency… then we stabilize Health and social security iko mbaya sana kwa sasa.. all these 3 areas.

More money to the counties means more hotels being built in Nairobi. And more mansions purchased in Karen. Counties are supposed to be finding ways of generating income. Not sitting with their mouths wide open like young birds, waiting for government to feed them.

The monies the government get comes from Citizens born and working in those counties. And so the counties will be paid first at 40% and more then half of that will go to county development fund. Then 1% gets to IEBC, 2% to judiciary, and 3% to the new Health and Social Security Commission. The national government gets the rest. Sovereign must be free from election fraud, healthy and free from jail for them to work and earn..

KEMSF is Kenya Medical Supplies Fund,
NSSF National Social Security Fund
NHIF Is National Health Insurance Fund.
There is no room for authorities to run these funds for us. And so SHA is misplaced. Wakachunge mahospitali…NHIF shall no-longer stand for National Hospital Insurance Fund. Hospital insurance is the business of National and County governments not the sovereigns. Sovereign needs to be healthy and get a health cover not a hospital cover.

Smarta… we improve on the bill then wait for the commissioners to take office. The files land on their desk pap! Then we collect signatures offline and online using agents. All ways shall be found to stop parliamentary sabotage. Hapo kwa constituency referendum committees ndio itakuwa noma. Then the 6month potential results petition to high court afterwards. It is a tough call though we need to strenghten our institutions.

Dear Kenyans. The High Court is the Elections court for Referendum results petition. It is the design by law that the decision of the Kenyan high count is final. A petition case has to be resolved withing 6 months. We should put this to the test before the 2027 elections.

Dr. Ruto defies court stay order and appoints the 7 commissioners. Now the ball is on CJ Martha Koome and her Juniors to swear in all or some of them. This is going to be interesting. The battle of the sexes.

Gen-Z cant be shot at again this year. Ojwang’ Murder will worsen the situation. We all take this way out. 15 years are gone. Even after Bwana Kosovo, we can’t be protesting every time to get basic concessions. The swamp has to be drained once and for all.

We now just have to wait for Justice Koome to give us at least three commissioners. Including that chariperson. We shall sanitize them baadaye. Kwanza watuletee debe this Christmas. Next year we handle the snap National government election.

It is not for him to agree.. We just push it and let it flow..

  1. We get atleast 3 IEBC Commissioners
  2. We drop the petition and bill and get a nod for signature collection.
  3. We gatther the signatures both manually and digitally.
  4. We hand over the files and they get cleaned and taken to the counties.
  5. Counties approve and as we public participate.
  6. Counties send outcome to Bunge.
  7. Bunge have no option even when they reject or approve the matter goes to the people.
  8. Then tukutane kwadebe.
  9. Petition results to high court.
