Constant Business Growth Requires Psychopathy

Most of us are business men and we make good money to the point we get comfortable with the plateau.
At this plateau, all cylinders are firing and the money-machine sound is uninterrupted. Until it is not. Some will become givers and mentors whilst others will just keep it low key and stay anonymous. So where’s growth?

Empathetic people will be content with what they have achieved and be happy but a psycho? Not.

A psycho is the kinda nigga who is making good money and maybe drives an SUV then whilst partying he sees a younger guy with a beautiful bitch by his side. Then that gets to him and his ego, so he decides to one-up everybody around him. Growth.
Paychos are always on other people’s cases, wanting to know where they live, how they are doing, what they are doing, stalking on SM, etc. And they are good when doing this, they pretend to be keeping tabs on friends and will be quick to invite you for a dinner at their house to ‘catch-up’. Their “calculative-ness” works for them as they are able to out-compete but at the same time jealousy gets to them. Suddenly they want to sit on everyone’s back. They want to be king.

If you want constant growth and success, materially-speaking, be a psychopath and project it to others as just “charisma” and “being social”.

Psychopathy will also get you far up the corporate ladder if you are a corporate guy. The C-Suite is mostly 90% dark-triads.
