Shifo I would not really call it confusion. The owners of scientific knowledge are working round the clock to try and figure this monster out. And each time they think they have hit a breakthrough, something new comes up. I don’t think the world will be the same place again for a vvv long time. Just like the way the HIV virus changed the dynamics of the sex ‘world’ back in the day. We are in for a bumpy ride.
The fact is proper vaccines take time. A yellow fever jab protects you for several years but the vaccine wasn’t made in a couple of months. Such a process usually takes years. It’s likely that scientists will keep refining the issues with corona vaccines over time as they iron out the kinks. In short the government is telling us that the vaccine will not mean an end to curfews, social distancing, masks and sanitizer.
Why not iron out the kinks before delivering it to the populace.
Indeed, it is a work in progress. We will have to be very patient as they monitor it’s efficacy and redevelop it.
That would take years of dedicated research. Supposing it takes a decade. Is the world patient enough to wait that long? The current vaccines are a stop gap at best but they are all we have right now.

Vaccine s help you fight that covid-19 and greatly reduce the effects of the disease to Manageable levels that aren’t lethal for your body.
