This is total miscarriage of translation, the word in question was “ngetetab Arap Moi” which simply means “son of Arap Moi”. However, “ngetet” on it’s own without some context means uncircumcised boy. In the context of the DPs speech and usage of the term “ngetetab Arap Moi”, it had nothing to do with circumcision and it’s for this reason that no one who understands Kalenjin language and culture is complaining safe for the “The Star” that is trying to create news and headlines out of nothing, poor Kenyan journalism.

Well, project the theft and scandals happening. Added to that is the doubled effort of some thieves who will be stealing the final term. You never could tell whatever happens in 2022. So most thieving gurus will be at their best next year onwards up to 2022. Without a vision and good plan implementation, our country will keep going to hell.

At least now you have my observation right. My gamble is that Uhuru takes a shot at a legacy in his final term. In so doing, he cleans up the nation without fear or favour.

Not sure about that, I felt that Kibaki worked better in his first term. In the final term he had nothing to lose so no fucks were given. What actually worries me is the spiraling national debt that the government has been able to borrow for the short time that they’ve been in power even though there’s very little tangible development as a result.
But then again I pray that things will fall in place because it is we as Kenyans who will suffer.
