COMPROMISED PROXY SETTING

I just discovered this in my computer when trying to input manual proxy.

I have tried disabling this script address 127.0.0.1:86 but it keeps re appearing.
Anyone with a solution?

I have managed to remove it via regedit.

Now the problem I have is that the Manual proxy set up section appears to be greyed out.

I cannot input an Ip address or port

Are you using the latest Windows updates? Seems like a bug
